Customer Service
The AHA MACAV POWER SERVICE (AMPS) Customer Service department is here to assist you with new service, disconnects or transfers, and billing information. We understand how important it is to have electricity available on the day you move in. That’s why, once you request a service connect and we set a date to activate electricity, AMPS promises to meet that appointment.
Customer Service Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Residential Service
AMPS Customer Service Office is available to schedule your new service, transfer your existing service, or answer any questions you may have regarding your account.

Commercial Service
AMPS Customer Service Representatives and our Electrical Engineers are available to assist with the planning of your business or commercial projects>

Budget Billing
The ups and downs of your electric bill can throw your monthly budget off balance -- until now. AMPS is pleased to offer Budget Billing to our residential customers. This program assists our customers in budgeting their monthly utility expenses.
